At Wholesale Products, we aim to ensure your fashion inventory meets your standards; however, if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn items in original packaging. Please note that bulk orders must be returned in their complete sets to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your wholesale account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack the items in their original polybags and tags, ensuring the RMA form is clearly placed inside the carton to avoid processing delays.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned fashion goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
